It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. The first conversation becomes a one-page scope, price and timeline, at no cost.
Do we need technical people on our side?
No. The work is designed around the person who will use the system daily, not around an engineering team. If you do have engineers, we work alongside them.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so, and tell you what is. A diagnostic that concludes you should not build something has already saved you the build.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, documentation and the system itself are handed over.
How do you handle our data?
Where data is personal or regulated, processing runs on local infrastructure. No cloud services, and no model in the data path. You are told exactly where your data sits before anything is processed.
Do you train our team?
Yes, and we treat it as the finish line rather than an add-on. A system nobody can run is not a delivery.
